WINTER SPIN CLASSES

Then come join the Velo Bella Women's Cycling Team Trainer Rides!
Who:
Velo Bella's and anyone else (boys included)
who's interested in joining in the fun. So....start inviting all
your friends!
What:
Indoor Trainer Rides guaranteed to be more fun than a pile of
rocks! With
lots of Bella Flair! There will be a TV and VCR in the room for
Spinerval videos! or cyclingvideos!
We also have a coach, Bill O'Reilly who's offered to lead some
workouts as well. We're adding a Yoga warm-up session for those
who are interested along with some conditioning at the conclusion
of the ride.

St. Louis Park Rec Center, Gallery Room

6:30pm to 8:30pm* Tuesdays

* Yoga at 6:45

What to Bring:
Bicycle
Trainer or Rollers
Front wheel support
Water Bottle
Towel
Yoga Mat
(you can make it in in one trip if you carry your bottle/wheel
support/towel
in a bag)

2004 MEMBERSHIP
RENEWALS AND GEAR
The 2004 ride season is just around the corner, and it's time
for all of us to do our duty and submit our annual club dues!
EVERYONE who plans to ride with us in 2003 should now - RIGHT
NOW - take a few minutes to print off the 2004
Membership/Gear Order Form, write a check, and get it sent
off to Patrick Campion. For a meager $20, you will be ensuring
that this year will be full of more ride and race opportunities,
discounts and giveaways than ever before!
And don't forget to order your jersey and other very attractive
gear so you, too, can be seen representin' on the roads and trails
of the Twin Cities. Prices for 2004 are:
- $20 Team Fee (required for all members)
- $40 Jersey (required for NEW members)
- $49.50 Bibs
- $8 Socks
